We had the best experience with Advantage Home Inspections. I was purchasing an almost 30 year old house with everything original and really needed a a company that had an eye for detail to do our home inspection. We called and made an appointment with Tom. He was arrived on time, was very professional and had a great sense of humor too! He did a thorough inspection of our home, we then reviewed his inspection data and spent a good amount of time going over all our concerns, etc…. His Team quickly responded to some questions a few days later regarding the report. I would recommend this company to anyone that wanted a professional and thorough inspection experience. This inspection company was far better than any other inspection firms we have used with previous home purchases.
